This is a Tsuba off of my Katana, a Tsuba is a sword guard. Now I know you probably wondering what a sword guard has to do with fourty-seven? Ok here we go, hold on tight…. A Katana is a Samurai sword, a Samurai Sword, could be owned by a Ronin, and in Japan there is a very famous story involving 47 Ronin, look it up its educational AND fun, and I promise it doesn’t lead to Kevin Bacon. Mmmm Bacon
