A stairway.  Perhaps not a Stairway to Heaven, or anything similar but it IS a stairway.

Title pretty much says it all.

You know its actually pretty impressive the amount of detail you can find on something that is made by the thousands and meant to be eaten.
I mean you can see parts of the main, and even the eye.

This is a cookie with a puzzle piece, for those of you in the know, that has become the symbol for Autism awareness.  My son has been “blessed” with Autism and I support any and all research that I can for this noble cause.

For those of you who are curious  take a trip to www.autismspeaks.org and see what you can do to help what has become a major epidemic in the world today.

This is a macro of the Tsuka (handle) of one of my Katana’s.  While this one is not high quality it still has the simple yet complex beauty of a Samurai longsword.

Ahhh August is almost upon us, which means almost time for the kiddies to go back to school, and us old farts to have some quiet during the day.  :P

We went too the zoo for our day out, unfortunately it decided to rain on our parade.  I caught this shot as my son was looking out from the pavillion we had sought shelter in.

Ok I have to ask this question.  Who would want to wear a metal studded belt, that looks like a clown barfed on it???  My daughter, on the plus side at least now I can find her in the dark.

Not much to say actually, its a blower for a camera, its cheap and blows or brushes away dirt.  Mmmm dirt.

This is the final picture I took for the contest.  This is actually funny I had pretty much run out of ideas and frankly wanted it to be over with, so I came up with this picture just to get it over with.  And its now part of the contests “Best Of” slideshow.  Kinda makes me wonder if I should just stop thinking and just let it flow, if you can call it that.  :P

That ulgy mug belongs to my brother, the biker.  He may not be pretty but he gets the job done.
