Since I was in a jovial mood after the excitement today I decided to go back and do yet another photograph of my lovely wife Elizabeth, this time without the face wrappings.
Enjoy!
I’m a Winner not a Weiner!!!
Well I said I would have some news and here it is. I was the winner of Photo Talk Radio’s December HP Photosmart contest with my image… Mystique.
I would like to say a special thanks to Howard Lipin, Michael A. Garcia and Gary Bernstein for this, and taking the time to interview me. If you get a chance head on over to www.phototalkradio.com and check it out, its a great source of info and fun!
As for me I am “patiently” waiting for my new HP Photosmart 475 so I can take my photos on the road. 😛
January 5th, Remains of the Storm
A photograph of sky, tree, and snow, simple and beautiful.
January 4th, A Snowy Portrait
Today is a snowy one in “Sunny” Utah, so I decided what would be better than a nice outdoor snowy portrait. And hey its not a macro. 😛 Enjoy.
A Surprise for me!
Well kiddies, I hope you are enjoying the blog as much as I am bringing it to you.
I have a surprise that I can’t say much about until Saturday, but it made this little photography monkey very excited…. Stay Tuned!
January 3rd, Chocobo
I know I know it looks like I have a serious macro fetish, but come on its a friggin Chocobo, you know as well as I do it needed to be made immortal 😛
January 2nd, Mont Blanc
For todays viewing pleasure, my well used Mont Blanc fountain Pen.
January 1st, The Purple Hedgehog!!!
And So it Begins
Well I’ve decided that since its the first day of the New Year its time to start my new and exciting project. So what is it you want to know? Well glad you asked.
Starting from now until the end of the year 2007 I will be doing a little project I like to call the 60mm project, you see I’m in love with the Canon EF-S 60mm macro lens, so I decided what the hell lets see if I can get one picture per day for an entire year with it, will it always be something pretty, probably not, but it will be entertaining.
Now you probably wondering why I would make such a project, is it skill, insanity, the will of an iron monkey? probably not, in reality earlier in the year of 06 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, and while this in itself isn’t that bad, it does make you think, and unfortunately it cuts down on time, so this is my way of making the most of what I gots with the time I gots so to speak.
Well anyway that’s it, stay tuned for some of my rants, raves, and other crap, and enjoy the show!
This is Just the Begining
Shortly there will be some great stuff here, and information on the 60mm project….
Stay tuned.
