My Photography!
Well for today I think we need something sleek fast and um PURPLE! This is a small R/C car that is about as close as I will ever come to owning a Nissan Skyline. Hope you like it, if you ask really nice I might post what it looked like before I processed it ð
Well the first day of February is here, and we have a nice dreary snow day. ð As I was looking out wishing it were at least partly cloudy I thought that this would be an interesting image.
Well my friends, we have made it through January and now we have moved onto February. Now myself I hate the month of February but will that stop the 60mm project? Nope, I will endever to keep plugging along as long as I can plug along. ð
So for those of you who have stuck with me this far, congradulations and lets keep on truckin!
Well my friends the last day of the month is upon us, and so with great pleasure I give you the 31st picture of the “60mm” project. This is a photograph of the grip of a dagger, I know its very scary and you probably will sleep with a nightlight now that you have seen it. ð Enjoy.
Today I saw a poor broken frosted glass ornament, yet from the eye of my lens it is mysterious and beautiful.
It may not be perfect but then again who of us are,
or for that matter even would want to be?
Its a “tiny” basketball. Not one of those giant regulation sized balls, but a small wee little ball for us tiny folks.
This little baby would be the top of a Canon “film” camera. Now the real question is can you tell me which one???
Well as you should all know by now the weekend is our time for field trips and this Saturday was no exception. I really want to show you some landscapes done with this lens, however we in Utah have whats called “inversion” in simple terms it is smoggy and gross. So while wandering we were near our city center, and I thought this angle of a building was a bit unique. Hope you enjoy it!
Remember that poor ole ugly tomato from a couple days ago? Well instead of a BLT it became part of a lovely Taco casserole. Mmmmm Casserole!!!!
Well kiddies I have alot going on today, so many things to do, and so little patience left to do them. As I was running up the stairs to get my lunch I happened to step on lil Timon, needless to say for an object with no sharp angles that little bugger hurts. ð Well as I sat there deciding upon its fate I decided that it at least needed a portrait so we could always remember poor lil Timon.
Mmmm Tomato goodness. ð This little guy looks terrible (I think it might have been dropped off of a truck at some point), was taken with nothing but natural light with a white reflecter card to the side for a bit more contrast. Simple and easy, and soon to be a BLT.
Nothing quite like some Wasabi to “spice” up your day or in my case to shed all over the house. ð As you have probably already deduced Wasabi besides being japanese horseradish is also the name of our “modern” siamese cat. I admit it I’m a bit odd but hey what fun is it when you arent?
Nothing quite like having a sugar free Jell-O snack pack for your lunch. Mmmm and now I can remember it for all time. (P.S. No jello was harmed during the photography session, all the evil stuff happened to the jello afterwards)
I am the egg man!!! Ok Ok I have no idea what the hell the Beatles were thinking, and I have even less of an idea of where a stinkin Carpenter is but I do so love a photograph of a white ceramic Walrus. Enjoy
Three more photographs from the Zoo field trip, the one of our buddy the cougar was shot using my 70-200 2.8 IS so it wasn’t eligable for the 60mm project. The tiger and the dead flower were both shot using the right lens, but I just can’t help it I’m indecisive sometimes. ð I hope you enjoy them.
